She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Sylvie Pate; her parents, Theodore Crook and Louise Crook; and her brothers, Edward and Thomas Crook.
She is survived by: her husband David "Andy" Pate; her children, Kelly Pate, Jamie Pate (Dana), Jeffery Pate (Julie) and Kimberly Eikeseth (Brian); her grandchildren, Johnny White, Charli Perry (Graham), Nicholas Eikeseth, Emily Eikeseth and Kaylin Pate; and her great grandchildren, Braydon White and Amelia Louise Perry.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rose-Neath Funeral Home (405 E 5th St, Homer, LA 71040). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (15274 LA-9, Athens, LA 71003).
