We announce the death of Fredrick Ray Carter (Homer, Louisiana), who passed away on July 2, 2026, at the age of 67. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Dale and Wanda Maxine Carter (Moak); his brother James Carter (Pete); his son-in-law Lance Bryan; and his great grandchild Grayson Allums.
He is survived by: his wife Terri Carter (Bozeman); his children, Nikki Bryan, Thomas Carter and Stephen Carter; and his brothers, Jay Carter (Judy) and David Carter (Diana). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
