She is survived by: her husband Ira Hodric Caskey; her children, Kim Cook (Randy) of Homer, LA, Deborah Parker (Kenneth) of Bullard, TX, Kevin Maddry (Sandra) of Dubach, LA, Mark Caskey (Lisa) of Houston, TX and Paul Caskey (Deena) of Lubbock, TX; her grandchildren, Jason Smith (Michele), Nicole White (Jamie), Bayleigh Cook, Dalton Cook, Levi Cook, Brandy Stevens (Richard), Danny Maddry, Lucy Washam (Paul), Sam Caskey (Mariah), Melissa Grossman (Craig) and Gunnar Koster; and her great grandchildren, Lillie, Noah, Evan, Saylor, Brylee, Shepherd, Birdie, Magnolia, Benjamin, Rylee, Adaline and Parker. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers honoring Mrs. Caskey, her family suggests memorials be made to First Baptist Church of Homer or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
