He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Prince and Estelle Pixley Prince; his wife Hazel Belle Calvit Prince; his sons, Tommy Dean and Randy Dean; his grandsons, Bruce Dean and Kenny Dean; and his daughter-in-law Deborah Prince.
He is survived by: his son Eddie Prince of Heflin; and his grandchildren, Michael Prince, Meg Prince (Aubrey), Dustin Prince (Suzi), Kalob Prince (Autumn), Natalie Dean, Sean Dean (Marie) and Tina Dean McKissick (Richard). He is also survived by fourteen great- grandchildren; fourteen great, great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers honoring Jarrell, his family suggests memorials be made to Wounded Warrior.
