He is survived by: his wife Corliss Loretta Hunter Middleton; his children, Kenneth B. Middleton, Jr. (Margie) of Minden, LA, Jonathan D. Middleton, Sr. (Susan) of Minden, LA, Sarah R. Huey of Doyline, LA and Lily H. Pedersoli of Haughton, LA; his siblings, Martha Ludwig (Wayne) of Fort Worth, TX and Vic S. Middleton, Sr. of Homer, LA; his aunt Dot Shuttlesworth; and his grandchildren, Patrick Middleton, Hans Middleton, Tristan Middleton, Gatha C. Middleton, J. Daniel Middleton, Jr., Hannah Middleton, Bryan Graves, Timothy Hall, Lillian Ware, Caleb Pedersoli and Christian Pedersoli. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
