He is survived by: his mother Nina Hollenshead Mitchell; his wife Betty Mitcham Mitchell; his daughters, Carrie Moak (William) and Ashley Urbanczyk (Aaron); his sister Wendy Mitchell; and his grandchildren, Harlie Moak, Kinley Bailey, Fynn Urbanczyk and Adella Urbanczyk. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
