He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Keither and Bertha Browder. He is survived by: his parents, Rose Chipps and Henry Chipps; his nieces and nephews, Alexandria Hendricks, Alexis Hendricks, Joshua Hendricks, Kaitlyn Hendricks and Marquise Specks; and his aunts, Nellie Brownlee, Linda Stevenson, Shirley Grady, Virginia Shaw and Joyce Holmes.
