It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruban Lewis of Homer, Louisiana, who passed away on December 5, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dovie Lewis and Dessie Cullins Lewis; and his siblings, Marshell Lewis, Ersel Lewis, James D. Lewis, Clairiece Wright and Ruby Lewis (Lawana Sue Lewis).
He is survived by: his wife Connie Ervin Lewis; his sons, Marshell Lewis of Haynesville, LA and David Lewis of Rock Falls, IL; and his brother Billy Ray Lewis (Liz) of Hope, AR. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
