He is survived by: his uncle JC; his half-brother Glaston Henley; his sister Judy Parrack (Johnny); his wife Sandra; his daughters, Shelly Allen (Michael) and Rebecca Frye (Charles); Melanie Elkins, Jolie Allen (David Simmons), Emily Allen Mandino (Haynes), Nathan Allen, Ellen Frye, Bayden Frye and Garrett Frye. He is also survived by grandchildren and grandchildren.
