She was predeceased by: her parents, George Rodgers and Viola Crittenden Rodgers; and her husband Charles May. She is survived by: her son Charles John May of Hosston, LA; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Stevens (Craig), Charley May (Shannon) and Samuel May; and her siblings, Kaye Jarrett, Vera Craft, David Rodgers and Robert Rodgers (Donna). She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Plain Dealing Cemetery (135 Plain Dealing Cemetery Rd, Plain Dealing, LA 71064).
