He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Chauvin and Mildred Chauvin; and his sister Bertha Blanchard (Larry). He is survived by: his wife Gertie B. Chauvin; his son Carroll Chauvin Jr.; his granddaughter Jordis Chauvin; and his siblings, Carl (Jane), Larry (Linda), Ralph Chauvin (Robin), Sandra Terrebonne (Mike) and Marion Palmisano. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
