With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Catherine Vice of Houma, Louisiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Catherine left this world on June 12, 2025 at the age of 88, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her former husband Elton Foret; her husband Earl Vice; her parents, Morris Caro and Agnes Rogers Caro; and her sisters, Carolyn Caro Matherne and Dorothy Caro LeBlanc.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Foret, Mitchell Foret, Eric Foret, Diane Foret Bascle (Annie), Patti Foret Breaux and Mary Kay Foret Dupre; her brother Lee Caro; and her grandchildren, Courtney, Jacob, Kim, Erin, Luke, Camille, Samantha, Catherine and Dalton. She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Louis Catholic Church (2226 Bayou Blue Rd, Houma, LA 70364). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
