She was predeceased by: her husband Gifford Edward Toups; her parents, Franklin Custenborder and Rose Donnelly Custenborder; and her siblings, Edward Custenborder, George Custenborder, Gregory Custenborder and Janet Custenborder.
She is survived by: her children, Juli Anne Toups (Jeff) of River Ridge, Janel Toups Casebonne (Dale) of Houma and Jennifer Toups Cross (Rhim) of Raceland; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Casebonne, Olivia Casebonne, Jaden Cross and Paul Cross; and her siblings, John Custenborder of Kansas, Stephanie Schouweiler of Oklahoma and RoseMary Henley-Palmer of Texas.
