He was predeceased by: his wife Ella Vann Powell Johns; his son Andre'S. Johns; his parents, Warren Edward Johns and Evie Erskin Johns; and his brother James A. Johns.
He is survived by: his children, Anthony Johns and Melanie Suzanne Johns (Kerry Bergeron); his grandchildren, Ian Callahan and Blair Callahan Haworth (Thomas); and his great grandchildren, Mitchell, Layne, Finn, Max and Lillian.
