He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen "Chuck" Toups; his parents, Harold Toups and Evana Trahan; and his brother Roy Trahan. He is survived by: his children, Eugene Toups Jr. (Kami), Mitchell Toups (Terri Cunningham) and Annette Lapeyrouse (Jamie); his grandchildren, Austin Toups, Michelle Henson, Brett Lapeyrouse and Kalyn Barrios; his great grandchildren, Holland Toups and Noah Barrios; and his brothers, Wiley Trahan and Michael Trahan.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 9:00 AM and at 11:30 AM at the Chauvin Funeral Home (5899 LA-311, Houma, LA 70360).
