He was predeceased by : his wife Dolores Rita Dupre Breaux; his son Keith A. Breaux; his parents, Norris Augustin Sr. and Corinne Marguerite Champagne Breaux; and his son-in-law Heath M. Louviere.

He is survived by : his children, David M. Breaux, Brian C. Breaux (Dione), Gail B. Champagne (Ricky Trahan) and Cathy B. Louviere; and his siblings, Norris Breaux, Jr. (Judith) and Jeanette B. Usie (Leryes). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
