He was predeceased by : his parents, Johnny Scott and Clara Boudreaux; his sister Clara Dean Bourg; and his grandson Blake Scott. He is survived by : his wife Gloria LeCompte Scott; his children, Gilbert Scott (Mary), Johnny Scott (Janelle), Shane Scott (Courtney), Melinda Hutchinson (Kevin), Deanna Hebert (Bubba) and Mandy S. Marcel; and his siblings, Patrick Scott, Ray Boudreaux, Mike Boudreaux, Clo Thomas, Kathy Boudreaux, Brenda Neil and Linda Marcel. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
