It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gregory Bishop Sr. of Houma, Louisiana, who passed away on October 9, 2025, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Bishop, Sr. and Justine Jackson Bishop; and his grandparents, Willie Lee Jackson-Miller, Everette and Emma McCleary Jackson.
He is survived by: his significant other Sandra Wilson; his children, Gregory Bishop, Jr., Shandrica Myers, Shamyra Robinson and Gloria Robinson; his stepchildren, Chris and Brittany Sims; and his siblings, Willis Bishop, Jr., Henry Jackson, Deborah Bishop, Pamela Bishop, Valerie Bishop, Betty Worthy (Jermaine) and Betty Jackson (Richard). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
