She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest Pitre; her close friend Reubin Babin; her parents, Olga Poirier Carlos and Edward Carlos; her siblings, Roy, Claude, Eugene, Reuben Carlos, Claire Mackin, Joyce Whiteman and Lucille Spivey; and her great grandchild Olivia Iris LeBoeuf.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Pitre (Nancy), Cindy Authement (Bill) and Michelle LeBlanc (Gary); her grandchildren, Amie Blackburn, Geoffrey Pitre, Shylla Hebert, Rachell LeBoeuf, Clark LeBoeuf II, Melanie Fabre and Christie LeBouef; and her brothers, Donald Carlos (Sue) and Guy Carlos (Shirley). She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Samart Funeral Home of Houma (635 Bayou Blue Rd, Houma, LA 70364). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
