He is survived by: his wife Joyce Verret Maxwell; his sons, Nicholas Maxwell and Mathew Maxwell; his stepchildren, Errol Malbrough (Tammy), Case Malbrough (Debbie) and Glen Malbrough (Toni); his stepgrandchildren, Mason, Brock (Kayli), Quinn, Lacie, Angel and Alexis; his stepgreat-grandsons, Oliver and Liam; and his brother John Layden Jr.. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
