He was predeceased by: his wife Florence Guidry Cunningham; his son Rocky Cunningham Sr.; his grandson Rocky Cunningham Jr.; his great great grandchild Rowan; his parents, Harry Cunningham and Lena Molaison Portier; and his brothers, Arthur, Ruben and Roy Cunningham.
He is survived by: his daughters, Barbara LaBouve, Gerry Autin (Wilton Jr.) and Celena Courteaux. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren; and five great great-grandchildren.
