We bid farewell to Joseph Gentry of Houma, Louisiana, born in West Monroe, Louisiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 16, 2025 at the age of 84. Joseph touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Floy Dortch Gentry and John Webb Gentry. He is survived by: his wife Beth; his children, Craig Gentry (Peggy), Jennifer Lambert, Corry Skaggs (Brandon) and Whitney Bouterie (Michael); and his grandchildren, Nicole Gaspard, Kaitlynn Grassi, Connie Gentry, Lauren Lambert, Jacob Skaggs, Joshua Skaggs, James Bouterie and Elizabeth Bouterie. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Covenant Church (4863 W Park Ave, Houma, LA 70364). A celebration of life was held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
