He was predeceased by : his sons, Joseph "Joey" Mike, Jr. and Curtis "Leroy" Pauls; his parents, Sam Mike, Jr. and Cora Mike; his brothers, Sam, Mike, John "Buddy" Mike and Robert "Bobby" Mike; and his daughter-in-law Mitzi Corkern Mike.

He is survived by : his wife Judy Chapman Mike; his children, Brenda M. Barrilleaux (Tim) and Jeffery "Jeff" Mike, Sr.; and his grandchildren, Michael Biondo (Heather), Callie Brocato (Tony), Jaclyn Gehbaurer (Brent), Joseph "Jamey" Mike, III (Taylor), Jeffery "Jayce" Mike, Jr. and Jamara Doiron. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
