She is survived by: her children, Ellen Dawn Cook, Anita Cook Hazelwood, Kathy Lynn Cook and Albert E. Cook, Jr.; her grandchildren, Erin Hazelwood (Justin Potier), Sarah Hazelwood Lopez (Adam) and Timmy Hazelwood (Lindsey Arruebarrena); and her great grandchildren, Addie Marie Lopez, Emma Grace Richard, Grey Emerson Lopez, Jack Edward Hazelwood and Charlie Thomas Hazelwood. She is also survived by loving extended family and the friends and families of her children and grandchildren.
