It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Karen Henry (Houma, Louisiana), born in Lake Charles, Louisiana, who passed away on June 5, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond and Margaret'Vella'Stafford. She is survived by: her children, Richard'Dicky'Williams Jr. (Brenda), Stacey Lirette (Lyle) and Leslie Canter; her stepson Robert Henry; her brothers, Stephen and Michael Wade; her grandchildren, Alexis, Kate, Andrew, Morgan, Chloe and Luke; her husband Robert'Bob'Henry; and her grandsons, Daniel and Wade Theriot. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chauvin Funeral Home (5899 LA-311, Houma, LA 70360). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
