She was predeceased by: her son Don Pierre; her parents, Charles Fitch and Edwina Martin Fitch; and her siblings, Edward, Felix, Charles, Jr., Cyrus, Larry, Newman, Stella, Enolia and Mary.
She is survived by: her sons, Scottie Pierre (Rhonda), Ron Pierre (Michelle), Chad Pierre (April) and Ernest (Melinda); her grandchildren, Derek (Sam), Chelsea (Seth), Tyler, Aaron (Stacy), Austin, Damian (Sara), Darian, Kalob, Maddie, Dylan, Angel, Kim and Jalei; and her siblings, Steve (Eva), Roger, Velma, Geraldine and Betty. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Calendar Covenant Church (4863 W Park Ave, Houma, LA 70364).
