She was predeceased by : her husband Charles Williams, Sr.; her children, Charles Williams, Jr. and Sonia Williams; her parents, Jim Willis and Odeal Smith Willis; and her brothers, William Wilis and Julius Adams.

She is survived by : her children, Roy Robinson (Iola), Gerard K. Williams, Pamela Ross (James) and Cynthia Norman (Cornell); her sisters, Beatrice Scott, Ruth Peters, Hosea Mae Gray, Annie Jackson, Audrey Douglas, Violet Horton, Mini, Shabazz, Marguerite Willis and Rosadell Willis; and her daughter-in-law Debra Williams. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; forty-four great grandchildren; twenty-two great-great grandchildren.
