She is survived by: her children, Victoria Dagate LeBlanc and Vincent Dagate, Jr. (Sally Cancienne Dagate); her grandchildren, Tracy LeBlanc, Jr., Ricky LeBlanc, Sr. (Leslie), Denise LeBlanc Holliday (David), Gregory Luke (Melanie), Chad Luke (Caroline), Megan Dagate Feazell (Stephen), Jessica Dagate Dugas (Andrew) and Amy Dagate Pack (Will); her great grandchildren, Ricky, Jr. (Kayla), Sister Anna Maria, Jacob and Hannah LeBlanc; her grandchildren, Brett Wright, Dawson Holliday, Lillian, William, Mary Francis, Auggie Luke, Luke, Alex, Jude Feazell, Logan, Leanna Mae, Lyla Dugas, Scarlett and Addison Pack; her great great grandchildren, Addiline, Archer, Karoline and Dominic LeBlanc; and her caregivers, Alisha, Keith, Lisa, Angie and Angel.
