He was predeceased by: his former wife Lois Bishop Cunningham. He is survived by: his wife Jenny Johnson Cunningham; his parents, Elward Cunningham and Betty Autin Cunningham; and his siblings, Dwayne Cunningham (Claudia), Linda Young and Lisa Allen (Tim). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
