We announce the death of Paul Roland Luke of Houma, Louisiana, who passed away on September 10, 2026, at the age of 96. He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanette Boudreaux Luke; his parents, Willis Luke Sr. and Mabel Boudreaux Luke; his daughter Brenda Luke Pellegrin; his siblings, Floyd Luke, Jane Luke Neal and Mary Luke Kraemer; and his great grandchild Justin Taylor Billa.
He is survived by: his children, Christine Luke Matherne (Dave S. Matherne Sr.) and Gary Luke (Mela); his brothers, Sherill Luke, Patrick Luke and Willis Luke Jr.; and his grandchildren, Gina Matherne Jackson, Mandy Matherne Overstreet, Dave Matherne Jr., Blane Pellegrin, Peggy Pellegrin Dean, Stephanie Luke Forister, Tonya Luke and Vova Luke. He is also survived by nineteen loving great grandchildren, and ten loving great-great grandchildren.
