He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Hebert and Dorothy Joan Galvin Hebert; and his brother Dennis Charles Hebert. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hebert; his daughter Rachel Hebert (Jaylin); his siblings, Michael and Dorothy "Sissy" Theriot (Carl); and his stepchildren, Stephanie, Jaime and Jason. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
