He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Strada and Elizabeth Strada. He is survived by: his wife Joy Fanguy Strada; his stepchildren, Kenneth Duplantis (Dena), Todd Duplantis, Kristi Duplantis and Cynthia Duplantis; his grandchildren, Erica, Paul (Courtney), Adam, Heather, Richie (Sound), Jacob and Caitlin; his great grandchildren, Bryson (Emily), Camden, Brayden, Hayes, Caleb, Angelina, Ally, Krishna, Carter, Reid and Lane; and his sister Helen Louise Strada.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Francis de Sales Cathedral (500 Goode St, Houma, LA 70360). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the St. Francis Cemetery.
