He was predeceased by: his daughter Shannon Theriot; his parents, Henry Theriot Sr. and Hazel Matthews Boykin; and his brothers, Henry Theriot Jr. and Cleveland Joseph Boykin.
He is survived by: his son Ronnie Theriot Jr.; his granddaughter Lilli Theriot; and his siblings, Jerome Boykin Sr. Peter Boykin and Connie Boykin.
