He is survived by: his children, Thomas Hebert (Maria) and Stephanie Guidry (Jude); his grandchildren, Austin Hebert (Melanie), Alex Hebert (Kaylei), Ashley Hebert (Cameron Samaha), Nicholas Hebert (Heather) and Mitchell Hebert (Brittany); and his great grandchildren, Avery, Emma, Brayden, Evie, Mackenzie, Colton, Brenna, Owen and Payton.
