He was predeceased by: his spouse Robbie Nicholas; his daughters, Megan Colleen Nicholas and April Burnley Yates; and his parents, Emmett Burnley, Jr. and Gloria "Chee Chee" Valure Burnley.
He is survived by: his children, Luke Nicholas, Terry W. Burnley, Jr., James W. Burnley and Bonnie Clark; and his siblings, Clayton Burnley, Darren Burnley, Lori Burnley Sagona (Vincent, Jr.), Charlotte Burnley Smith (Terry, Sr.) and Marilyn Burnley Griffin (Butch Griffin). He is also survived by six grandchildren.
