He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Vincent Angel (Julia) and Mary Lucille Stock Karr (Bernard); his brother Raymond Joseph Angel (Mary Louise); his stepsiblings, Frederick Karr (Mercedes) and Jacqueline Karr Hale (Albert); and his nephews, Joseph Angel and James Angel.
He is survived by: his wife Bette Jean Miller Angel; his stepsister Judi Angel Zupan (Stephen); his niece Christean Angel White (Christopher); and his nephew Brook Angel (Michelle).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chauvin's Funeral Home (5899 LA-311, Houma, LA 70360). Viewing will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Francis Cathedral (500 Goode St, Houma, LA 70360). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
