He is survived by: his son Frank; his wife Grace Liotta Thomas O'Neill; his children, Franklin D. Thomas (Joyce), Cynthia A. Thomas, Donald C. O'Neill, Jr. (Gina) and Joseph M. O'Neill (Christie); his brother Thomas O'Neill (Joann); his siblings-in-law, Raymond (Jackie) and JoAnn (Frank); and his grandchildren, Christie McLaughlin, Theresa Patti, Frankie Friloux, Chloe, Mia, Brennon and Haylie O'Neill. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren, three great great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
