She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Kluchin and Eunice Hatcher Kluchin; her sister Peggy Joyce Kluchin; her husband Dr. Frank Fanancy "Snow" Anzalone; and her great grandchildren, Abigail Leigh and Annabel Kate Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Fanancy Louis Anzalone (Debra), Kathy Sue Edwards (Frank) and Michael Anzalone; her granddaughters, Tiffany Anzalone McCasland (Christopher), Tracy Anzalone, Kathryn Edwards Jones (Joshua), Caroline Edwards Burge (Lucas) and Elizabeth Edwards Foundas (Andrew); and her great grandchildren, Brooks, Banks McCasland, Lelia, Sofia Jones, Brennan, Brady, Bonnie Burge and Liam Foundas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and Godchildren.
A true matriarch, "Mamaw" will be forever remembered for her love, charity and grace. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Mater Dolorosa Catholic Church or School, or the Richard Murphy Hospice House.
