He is survived by: his son Mack James Perkins, Jr. (Lori); his grandchildren, Margaurite Sirchia, Rodger Granger, Jami Reid, Joey, Ashley Miller, Blaine, Joseph Sirchia and Nicholas Perkins; and his great grandchildren, Kenli, Karlee, Kolton Reid, Taylar Perkins, Case, Clay, Cameron Miller, Ashleigh, Ashton, Ahydon, Ryder and Maddix Granger.

A burial will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 5:30 PM at the Book Hotel Colonial Cemetery (13433 Vitrano Ln, Independence, LA 70443).
