She was predeceased by: her husband Rodney James "Pops" Roy; her sons, Anthony "Tony" James Roy and Thomas John Roy; her grandson Casey Ewing; her parents, Paul Miller and Agnes Leger Miller; and her siblings, Even, Hilton, Lorraine, Barney, Rose Mary Lewis, Michael "Jappy" and Lawrence Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Andrea "Angie" Roy Ewing (Kirk) of Iota and Scott Allen Roy (Stephanie) of Iota; her grandchildren, Cody Ewing, Tristan Roy, Travis Roy, Rachael Fuselier, Jessie Roy, Ethan Roy, Andrew Roy, Halle Fulton, Landon Roy, Griffin Roy, Harrison Roy and Eleanor Roy; her great grandchildren, Carter Ewing, Elijah Roy, Averie Fuselier, Alivia Fuselier, Avaiah Fuselier, Alijah, Avonna Fuselier, Emmie Mae Ceasar, Julian Roy and Rory Roy; and her siblings, Minnie Roy, Merlin Miller, Myrtle Kibodeaux, Murray Miller, Leven Miller, Gwen Hoffpauir, Patty LaCasse and Barbara Beynon.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 8:30 AM to 12:45 PM at the Geesey-Ferguson Funeral Home (509 Duson Ave, Iota, LA 70543). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (604 St Joseph Ave, Iota, LA 70543). A graveside service was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 1:45 PM at the St. Joseph Cemetery (490 St Joseph Ave, Iota, LA 70543).
