She is survived by: her mother Betty Butts Bult; her brothers, Darrell Ray Bult (Darlene) of Iowa and Robert Dale Bult (Rachel) of Iowa; her nieces and nephews, Stephen Michael Bult (Jamie), Jessica Lynn Guillory (Kyle), Justin Ray Bult, John Robert Bult (Amy) and Ashley Nicole Galley (Chris); her pet Chloe; and her caregivers, April, Audrey, Jamie, Brighton Bridge and Brenda. She is also survived by eleven great nieces and nephews and many great-great nephews.
