David Jerry Woodlee Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of David Jerry Woodlee (Iowa, Louisiana). David, born on December 5, 1944, passed away on October 6, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Christopher Woodlee and Iva Lee Woodlee; his former wife Judy Jones Woodlee; and his brothers, Ralph Woodlee, Gene Woodlee and Gordon Woodlee.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his sons, Stacey (Deanna) of Moss Bluff and Jason (Elaine) of Livingston; and his stepchildren, Kim (Barry) of Moss Bluff, Kelli (Kevin) of Moss Bluff and Brad (Carrie) of Texas. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Moss Bluff (276 Old Hwy 171, Lake Charles, LA 70611). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the New Ritchie Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to the American Breast Cancer Foundation.
