She is survived by: her husband Jerry Lazenby; her children, Adam Hathaway (Kaylee), Seth Hathaway (Bailey), Sam Hathaway (Hanna), Amy Hathaway (Armond), Ashley Lazenby (Ray) and Tara Hathaway (Alex); and her stepson Billy Lazenby (Jackie). She is also survived by her 2 nieces, 1nephew, 1 great niece, and 2 great nephews.
