Terry Renthrope Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 23, 2025, at the age of 63, Terry Renthrope of Iowa, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivory Renthrope and Katherine Johnson Renthrope; his siblings, Mitchell Lee, Elroy, Willard and Mandy Lee Renthrope; and his stepson Kaylon Jackson.
He is survived by: his former wife Carolyn Renthrope; his close friend Eva Vital; his siblings, Jullin Renthrope (Troyoina), Ivory Renthrope Jr. (Deloris) and Daniel Joseph Renthrope (Betty); his sister-in-law Hazel Renthrope; and his stepchildren, Phillip Jackson and Tawanna Jackson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home (315 N 14th St, Kinder, LA 70648). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Botley Cemetery.
