He was predeceased by: his parents, Melton Barber and Betty Barber; his grandparents, Charles Hayward MaGee and Jesse McClendon MaGee; his brothers, David and Raymond Barber; his nephew JC McCallister; and his cousin Tony Thomas.
He is survived by: his sons, Dustin Barber (Ashlyn) and Nicholas Barber (Kim); his grandchildren, Trenton, Kylee, Aidan and Sophia; and his siblings, JT Barber (Annie), Donald Barber (Loretta), Joseph Barber, Janice Barber, Gloria Allen (Fred) and Carolyn Smith (Gerald). He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
