He is survived by: his mother Octavia Derouen Copp; his children, Ernest Copp, Jr., Alicia Copp Borel (Kenyatta) and Teasha Copp (Blake Alexander, Sr.); his siblings, Dudley Copp, Jr., Paul Copp, Genevieve Segura, Wanda Simon (Rickey) and Beth Segura (Terry); his grandchildren, Cherish Copp, Brieyion Alexander, Blake Alexander, Jr., Kyanna Borel and Ameerah Alexander; his godchildren, Brandy St. Germain, Wendy Robinson and Kylee Copp; and his former wife Annette Landry. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
