She was predeceased by: her parents, J. D. Deville and Vernice Ledoux Deville; her husband Dr. Ernest C. Lisenby, Jr.; and her brother-in-law Donald Vaughn. She is survived by: her children, Herschel Lisenby (Deana) and Jalacie Lisenby; her grandchildren, Breanna Lisenby, Braitlyn Lisenby, Tyler Lisenby, Kian Menard, Liam Boatman and Remi Martin; and her siblings, Dale Deville (Maria) and Julia Deville.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to a charity of their choice, in honor of Rita Kay.
