He was predeceased by: his parents, Rivers Lancon and Annette Lancon; his wife Amy Barrilleaux Lancon; his son Wallace J. "Poonie" Lancon Jr.; his siblings, Rivers Lancon Jr. and Beatrice L. Guillotte; his daughter-in-law Barbara Allain Lancon Fuhrer; and his close friend Norma P. Clements.
He is survived by: his children, Bonnie Lancon Landry (John), Ricky Lancon (Terri) and Eddie Lancon (Suzette); his grandchildren, Todd Lancon, Johnnie Lancon, Angela Lancon, Elle L. Voorhees (Gary), Leigh Landry, Claire Landry, Cody Lancon (Morgan), Stephanie L. Hebert (Matt), Emily Lancon and Adam Gomillion; his great grandchildren, Maddie, Grace, Cameron, Emily, Katie, Kate, Rivers, Kaleb, Mia, Emme, Avery and Hudson; and his brothers, Stanley Lancon Sr. and Amar Lancon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
