He was predeceased by : his siblings, Dottie Henry Warwick, Larry Henry and Bruce Henry. He is survived by : his children, Trina Diane Henry Parker and Clifton E. Henry, Jr. (Tina); the mother of his children Diane Hudnall Henry; his grandchildren, Melani, Ryan, Shannon, Taylor, Chelsey and Madison; his stepgrandchildren, Ashton and Nacey; and his great grandchildren, Brady, Krew, Emry and Cara. He is also survived by loving father to his children and Pappy to his grandchildren.
