He is survived by: his mother Margaret Smith Carter; his wife Frances Carter; his children, Ashley Nugent (Dustin) and Shawn Carter (Sheena); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Danielle, Cash and Carsie; and his sister Marie Holley. He is also survived by brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family members, dear friends.
